Your event can be covered from a studio type set up which will take 30 minutes to prepare in advance of your guests starting to arrive, where guests can have formal photographs taken as couples, individuals or in small group shots before they sit down for dinner; the pictures will then be printed and ready for their viewing after their meal, at which time additional photographs can also be taken on request.
Or by mixing with the crowd, capturing the atmosphere of the event, table shots, ceremonies, performances, action shots or any other specific requirements can be catered for.

Many events are attended free of charge to the organisers in return for us selling high quality photographic products to your guests, members or participants; that are printed at the venue so that they can take a permanent memento home with them, rather than having to chase the organisers or go on a web site then wait for the post after the event.

ALS Event Photographers can in many circumstances pay you a commission based on the sales at the event to help support your club or registered charity.

Commissions are also undertaken to work for you at corporate events to photograph your VIPs and guests, enabling you to present the photographs on the night, and to provide copy for any media record or company publications.
